Last Friday the Lewis children came. There was fun by all as we decorated the gngerbread boys. The next day Aunt Ellen even got in the act.

Through the window I can see

Your Christmas candle glow.

The haze it makes shines quietly

Against the evening snow.

Its light reminds me of the night

In Israel far away

When shepherds saw skies burning bright

And new life in the hay.

Colors of Christmas

The colors of Christmas, So bright every year,
Always bring with them Good holiday cheer:
The red of the berries, The green of the trees,
The silvery bells Ringing out on the breeze.
And over it all There's the white of the snow.
Just look at the lamplight's Bright golden glow.
The frost on the window Sparkles in greys,
Giving the world An ice-slippery glaze.
The sunrise is pink On a new Christmas Day,
And lavender moonlight Shines on the red sleigh.

To answer those who wonder why the holiday cheer so early. I'm only following Dad's lead. He put the lights on the outside of the house two weeks ago, so I had to get going on the inside. Also, Yes it is in the basement because my living room is jujst too dang small.

Starting the Christmas Season

Hi Everyone!
It is the First day of December, so we decided to put up the tree.

We accomplished it. The finishing touch was adding the Choo, Choo Train.

The Sideways Rainbow Dance

On a lovely August Day when Cami came to visit it started to rain. A wonderful rainbow came into view so we decided to go outside and enjoy the warm rain. All of a sudden little Cami burst into the rainbow dance. It was a wonderful sight.

Rainbow, Rainbow in the sky,

Little Cami would like to fly

up to your arch with a jump and a prance

So there she can do the RAINBOW DANCE!
